New album is out today

Seventh studio album by the composer Jorge Granda, released on March 21, 2019 by Sedajazz Records with the support of Fundación SGAE. The album was recorded in Valencia at Millenia Studios by the prestigious sound engineer Vicente Sabater who record an specific musical ensemble gathered by Jorge Granda for the occasion. It is a work of new contemporary instrumental music with a total time of 30 minutes.

New album is coming soon

Last Thursday I finished recording my last album titled «La Malvarrosa». This work was recorded in Valencia at Millenia Studios with an orchestral ensemble.

The concept takes inspiration from the Mediterranean Sea where the white light and the blue water induce a relaxed atmosphere.

AMAS Awards 2018 Official Nomination

Jorge Granda has earned his first AMAS Awards Nomination (Asturian Music Awards) in the category of Best Soundtrack for his work as a composer in the Short-Film «Aprieta pero raramente ahoga» directed by David Pérez Sañudo and produced by Amania Films in association with the Asturian production company FPS. The ceremony will take place next Febreaury 23, 2018 at the Filarmonica Theater of Oviedo.
